The Northern Mindanao Regional Convention will be held in Grand Caprice Restaurant Limketkai Cagayan de Oro City on October 4,2008.
It will be participated by members of the Philippine Eagle members from the 14 different clubs throughout the Region namely:

The National President of the Fraternity will grace the occasion together with dignitaries from the National Fraternity. NMR Governor, Eagle Earlquin C. Lim welcomes and encourages all kuya to participate in the annual event of the Northern Mindanao Region.
Plenary Session will be done in the afternoon of the said date and the fellowship or NMR Governor's Night will follow in the evening. Part of the plan is to induct new members of the Fraternity and to Charter the MISORET (Misamis Oriental Eastern Town) Eagles Club by the National President of the Philippine Eagles.

We are regular Eagle and key Officers of "Grand Puerto Princesa City Eagles Club (GPPEC)Chartered and inducted last 01 October 2019 sponsored by NCR2 under Gov Asuncion of TFOE-PE. We broke away from GPPEC lately for DELICADEZA reason after some efforts of reconciliation and mentoring but to no avail leaving the President of GPCEC and his loyal member on matters of principle link to corruption and leadership failure. We are 43 regular Eagle organizing the "Palawan Patriot Eagles Club" and conducting orients to 250strong applicants and still growing. We forego our decision to be Chartered again by TFOE-PE.
We wanted to follow what we believe what is just and right, after learning about TFOE-PE that sharp division against TFOE(PE). Our group is looking for lifeline who could possibly connect us to the owner of the intellectual rights TFOE(PE). We are still on the process of looking for sponsor Governor or District to possibly coordinate our Chartering and Induction Under the TFOE(PE).
